We need to deal with those feelings of why we don't feel good enough and start to approve of ourself first.




If we are looking for validation or approval from others, we might go to incredible lengths to please the others and when the other doesn't react the way we want them to, then we feel hurt but we respond with anger as a way to deal with those feelings. We don't feel good enough inside or we feel like a failure so we try to get others to tell them how good we are. But, it doesn't work and then we end up feeling angry at everyone because we've gone to so much effort and it wasn't appreciated.

The answer to this one is that we need to deal with those feelings of why we don't feel good enough and start to approve of ourself first. Once we approve of ourself, so will others.
